I’m a speaker, author, founder of NourishWell, RN and certified functional medicine practitioner. For years I’ve cared for people as a nurse, and I’ve also learned what it looks like to carry trauma and keep showing up anyway. Somewhere along the way, God began reshaping my heart for women who feel stuck between pain and purpose.
