Sarah Waycaster, RN, Functional Medicine Practitioner
Whole-person healing, rooted in faith, education, and restoration.
I work with women who are ready to stop managing symptoms and start understanding what their bodies are communicating.
My approach is holistic and deeply personal. I believe spiritual formation, emotional wellbeing, and physical healing are meant to work together. When one area is neglected, the others are affected. When healing begins at the root, transformation becomes possible.
This work exists to help women heal fully so they can walk forward with clarity, strength, and purpose.
I’m Sarah Waycaster, a registered nurse and functional medicine practitioner.

My Approach
Education-centered
Understanding what your body is communicating is foundational. I help you connect the dots so you can make informed decisions about your health.
Root-cause focused
We explore why symptoms are happening, not just how to manage them.
Integrated and faith-aware
Your spiritual life, emotional wellbeing, and physical body are considered together, not separately.
Collaborative and supportive
This is a partnership. You are an active participant in your healing, not a passive recipient of instructions.
What working together typically includes
While each client’s journey is unique, most one-on-one work includes:
A comprehensive intake to understand your health history and current concerns
Functional lab testing when appropriate
Education around what your results mean and how they connect to your symptoms
A personalized plan focused on supporting your body’s healing processes
Ongoing support and adjustments over the course of our time together
This work typically unfolds over several months, allowing space for meaningful, sustainable change rather than rushed solutions.
